It also features an Air-Frying mode, which ensures healthier cooking thanks to the reduced use of oil, while achieving perfect browning and crispiness.

The conventional cooking mode is perfect for cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution across all five levels for roasting and baking without flavor crossover. Operating the oven is particularly easy thanks to the Full Touch controls on the black glass control panel with a simple TFT display, which offers remarkable versatility when choosing cooking modes. This display also allows for easy management of the food probe and Bertazzoni Assistant.
