Titanium enamel - The Titanium enamel, which characterizes the internal cavity of SCHOCK® ovens, thanks to the new ultra-low porosity technology, prevents dirt from adhering, making cleaning even easier. Furthermore, Titanium enamel, being much more resistant to acid attack than normal enamels, maintains its shine and color brilliance even after heavy use.

Pizza: allows you to cook pizza like in a wood-fired oven.

Rapid heating: allows you to reach a temperature of 200°C in a short time.

Traditional cooking: the heat is produced by the lower or upper heating element.

Double grill: allows you to brown larger surfaces than the grill, as well as providing greater browning power, for faster browning of foods.

Double fan-assisted grill: the grill combined with the fan distributes heat evenly. It allows for uniform cooking while simultaneously browning the surface. Ideal for large portions of food.

Fan-assisted: the heat from the lower and upper heating elements is fan-assisted.

Circular heating element + fan: the hot air, produced by the rear circular heating element, is fan-assisted.

Fan-assisted defrosting: the fan is operated without the heating element.
