2.4-liter water tank: maximum flexibility without plumbing constraints
With the removable 2.4-liter water tank, you don't need a water connection: the appliance adapts to any position in the column, with easy access to the tank, milk, and beans directly from the outside of the door. Continuous flow heating keeps the brewing temperature stable throughout the entire preparation, and the 19-bar pump guarantees a full, persistent crema every time, whether it's the first espresso of the day or the tenth cappuccino.

Barista Mode: Every drink exactly how you like it
Classic mode allows for quick preparation with essential settings. Barista mode allows for precise adjustment of every variable: grind level, contact time, brewing temperature, amount of water and coffee, and milk proportion. You can save up to 10 personal profiles, each with 10 favorite drinks. The roast level selection function suggests the optimal settings for each type of blend or single origin you choose to use.

21 beverages, also available in double versions
From espresso to cold brew, from cappuccino to latte macchiato, from flat white to pure milk foam: the GC251130 covers the entire range of coffee specialties, all of which can also be prepared in double formats. The grinding unit with ceramic discs does not require replacement and maintains the same grind quality for years. The double grinding and brewing cycles ensure double cups and extra strong drinks with the same aroma and density as single versions.

Automatic cleaning and Home Connect
Automatic cleaning and descaling are carried out via interchangeable cartridges, with the option of using tablets for the manual version. The milk circuit's steam cleaning system activates automatically after every milk-based beverage. The vacuum grinding function eliminates residue when changing bean types. With Gaggenau Home Connect, you can access Coffee World, remote monitoring, and software updates, transforming the machine into a connected and always up-to-date system.

The package includes 1 mounting screw, 1 water hardness test strip, 1 glass milk container, 1 milk frother connection tube, 1 milk tube, 1 cleaning cartridge, and 1 descaling cartridge.
