Removable 2.4-liter water tank: freedom of installation
The removable 2.4-liter water tank is located behind the door for easy access from the outside, along with the milk container and bean container. This solution offers maximum installation flexibility, without requiring a water connection. Continuous flow heating ensures a constant brewing temperature, eliminating waiting times between drinks. The 19-bar pump ensures optimal extraction, with a dense crema on every drink.

Total customization with Barista mode
In Classic mode, you can prepare your drinks in just a few steps, easily selecting the strength, quantity, aroma, and milk ratio. In Barista mode, every parameter is adjustable: from the grind level to the contact time, from the brewing temperature to the milk ratio. The customization function saves up to 10 profiles with 10 favorite drinks each, so every family member finds their own settings at first touch. The roasting level selection automatically adapts the settings to the chosen bean type.

The GC251100 prepares ristretto, espresso, doppio, caffè, caffè grande, americano, cold brew, slow brew, mocha, hot water, espresso macchiato, flat white, cappuccino, caffè latte, cold brew macchiato, latte macchiato, hot milk and milk froth, all also in double versions. The maintenance-free grinding unit with ceramic discs guarantees consistent grind quality. The double grinding and brewing cycles allow you to prepare double cups or extra strong drinks with the same quality as singles.

Home Connect and easy maintenance
With Gaggenau Home Connect you can access Coffee World, monitor the appliance remotely, receive software updates and activate ventilation at intervals. Cleaning and descaling are fully automatic using cartridges, with a manual option using tablets. Steam cleaning of the milk circuit occurs automatically after each drink. The empty grinding function allows you to change bean types without residue. The milk container, beverage dispenser, and its container are all dishwasher-safe.

Adjustable dispenser and integrated lighting
The beverage dispenser is height-adjustable from 7 to 15 cm and includes an integrated milk dispenser, so every cup size—from espresso to a tall cappuccino—is served with precision. The integrated, soft lighting creates a flawless visual backdrop for each individual drink, enhancing the moment of preparation. The removable 400g bean container with aroma-preserving lid preserves the fragrance of the coffee over time, and the electronic indicator tells you in real time when to refill the milk, water and beans.
