EASY MAINTENANCE

Keeping your hood clean not only guarantees maximum hygiene in the kitchen, but also ensures a longer life for the product. Elica models are designed with materials and finishes that make maintenance operations immediate. All components, such as the grease and odor filters, are easily accessible and removable, to be able to wash or replace them quickly.

LONG LIFE FILTER

To ensure for optimal performance of the hood and its durability over time, the traditional filters must be replaced every 3/6 months. To simplify maintenance activities, Elica has designed the innovative Long Life regenerable odor filter which lasts up to 3 years. It is sufficient to wash it in hot water and neutral soap or in the dishwasher at 65° and dry it in the oven at 100° for 10 minutes every 2 months, to always have it as new. The level of efficiency is around 60%.

MULTI D CAPTURE

For those who engage in important preparations in the kitchen and need a highly efficient suction, Elica has studied the Multi-d-Capture solution. The suction is distributed in several areas to ensure better capture of the fumes. The fluid dynamic system makes it possible to increase the suction speed thanks to an appropriate sizing of the air passage surfaces. This ensures high efficiency in capturing cooking fumes through an increase in depression along the entire perimeter of the product.
