Induction hobs

The secret of induction hobs is that the energy is only transferred to the lower part of the pan. Thanks to the direct heat transfer to the bottom of the pan, the food is heated in a very short time, while the appliance consumes little electricity. Since the cooking zones themselves do not heat up, food placed on them will not burn.

Timer

The timer can be used on 3 or 4 cooking zones simultaneously (depending on the model). The timer can be set from 0 to 99 minutes for each cooking zone.

glideControl+ control

To select the desired cooking zone, simply touch lightly the control element. The power level is set by moving your finger on the corresponding graphic display.

Centralized shutdown

The function allows you to switch off all active cooking zones at the same time case of doorbell or unexpected phone call at the touch of a button. The next time you touch the button, the cooking zones will resume at the previous power level.

Recognition and presence of dishes

Inside all induction cooking zones, in addition to the pan recognition system, there is a pan size recognition sensor. Determine the diameter of the pan and, if necessary, activate an additional heating element.

Increasing heating

Kuppersbusch induction hobs can increase power of the individual cooking zones by connecting the Power mode. This allows, if necessary, to significantly accelerate the heating process.
