Nostalgie - Induction hobs

Nostalgie induction hobs allow total temperature control and guarantee maximum safety of use. Thanks to the clean and essential aesthetics, they perfectly match the style of the collection, creating a refined mix of simplicity and elegance. They are available in two sizes: 60 cm with 4 induction zones and 90 cm with 5 induction zones, with a maximum power of 2.3 kW.

The comfortable knobs, in Nostalgie style, avoid dirtying the worktop and make life easier in also cooks for visually impaired people. Induction offers many advantages that contribute to improving cooking quality, saving time and money, cooking in a protected environment: energy efficiency, ease of cleaning, heating speed, cooking uniformity.

Residual heat indicator

Indicates that the glass is hot and therefore care must be taken when touching it and placing objects on it which could get damaged.

Bridge Control

On induction hobs that are equipped with it, it allows you to control 2 zones simultaneously adjacent with a single command as if they were a single zone.

Booster function

Allows you to concentrate all the power of induction hob in the selected zone, to speed up boiling and cooking times.

Child safety

Once once this function is set and until it is deactivated, the induction hob will not turn on using the controls.

Liquid overheating and overflow protection span>

If the hob overheats or liquids overflow, a safety device cuts in and interrupts operation.
