Professional Plus - Induction hobs

The Professional Plus induction hobs are a safe, fast and functional system for cooking, using the most modern technologies combined with an essential and refined design. They are available in different sizes and versions: 60 cm with 4 zones, 90 cm with 5 zones with knobs, 90 cm with integrated extractor hood or with slide touch controls. Ease of cleaning, energy saving, safety, versatile temperature regulation and cooking speed are some of the advantages that induction guarantees, helping to facilitate the preparation of dishes and recipes.

Residual heat indicator

Indicates that the glass is hot and therefore care must be taken when touching it and placing objects on it that could be damaged.

Bridge control

In induction hobs that are equipped with it, it allows you to simultaneously control 2 adjacent zones with a single command as if they were a single zone.

Booster function

Allows you to concentrate all the power of the induction hob in the chosen zone, to speed up boiling and cooking times.

Child safety

Once this function has been set and until it is deactivated, it is deactivated, the induction hob does not turn on when using the controls.

Overheating and liquid overflow protection
