SAFETY FUNCTION BLOCK
Allows you to set, via a combination of keys, a command lock, preventing accidental changes to the settings from occurring of the oven.

SAFETY SHUT-OFF
Once the limit switch-on time has elapsed at given power, the hob turns off automatically in order to limit the damage of any forgetfulness on the part of the user.
INDUCTION
With induction the heat is generated only on the bottom of the pan and transmitted directly to the food to be cooked. Thanks to an efficiency of 90%, cooking times are greatly speeded up. The surface of the hob remains cold to ensure greater safety during use and facilitate cleaning operations.
LINE ZONES
The in-line distribution of the zones allows the depth of the top to be limited which can thus be integrated more easily into the steel tops.
POWER LIMITER
strong>This function allows you to define and set the maximum power that the hob is able to absorb; by doing so, you are able to avoid the risks of energy overload.
CHEF COOK FUNCTION
Three zones on the hob they are automatically set to power levels 2, 6 and 9. In this way it is possible to switch from one level to another simply by moving the pan on the hob.
RECOGNITION AUTOMATIC PANS
The hob is able to independently recognize when a pan is placed on it, starting the interface and allowing rapid adjustment of the cooking parameters.
< p>SELECTIVE PAN DETECTION
The induction plate only works if the hob detects the presence of metal cooking utensils of suitable size on it, thus preventing other objects from triggering the ignition.
BRIDGE FUNCTION
Allows you to connect two adjacent cooking zones on the hob , expanding the support area. It is particularly useful in the case of large cooking instruments.
BOOSTER FUNCTION
Reduces the cooking time of the individual area by increasing the power of the floor to the maximum. It is particularly suitable for heating large quantities of liquids.
PAUSE/RECALL FUNCTION
Allows you to temporarily interrupt cooking in the selected area. The process can be resumed at will by simply pressing the button again.
AUTOMATIC PREHEATING FUNCTION
Allows you to arrive faster at temperature: after selecting a power level, the zone will heat to maximum for a period of time and then settle on the selected level.
HEAT MAINTENANCE FUNCTION
strong>Set the power level to a value between 0 and 1, which allows you to keep the food warm without running the risk of burning it.
OVERFLOW ALARM
If a liquid is spilled on the surface and ends up above the control area, the hob emits an acoustic signal and switches off automatically until the liquid is not removed.
RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATOR
The display shows, via the H symbol, the possible presence of heat residue on the hob, generated by that reflected from the bottom of the cooking instrument.
MINUTE MINDER
It is a stand-alone timer freestanding, independent of the single cooking zone, which allows you to keep track of the elapsed time without having to switch off the hob.
