Barazza hobs have different width dimensions, designed to adapt to all the most common standard modules of kitchen furniture.

SAFETY FUNCTION LOCK

Allows you to set, via a combination of keys, a command lock, preventing accidental changes to the settings of the oven.

TOUCH CONTROL SCREEN

High definition Touch Control screen that allows precise, simple and intuitive display of the various cooking parameters and oven settings.

SAFETY SWITCH OFF

Once the switch-on time has elapsed at one given power, the hob switches off automatically in order to limit the damage caused by any oversight by the user.

INDUCTION

With induction, the heat is generated only at the bottom of the pan and transmitted directly to the food to be cooked. By virtue of a 90% efficiency, cooking times are greatly speeded up. The surface of the hob remains cold to ensure greater safety during use and facilitate cleaning operations.

IN LINE ZONES

The distribution in line of the zones allows to contain the depth of the top which can thus be integrated more easily into the steel tops.

POWER LIMITER strong>

This function allows you to define and set the maximum power that the hob is able to absorb; by doing so, you are able to avoid the risk of energy overload.

CHEF COOK FUNCTION

Three zones of the hob they are automatically set to power levels 2, 6 and 9. In this way it is possible to switch from one level to another simply by moving the saucepan on the hob.

RECOGNITION AUTOMATIC POTS

The hob is able to independently recognize when a pot is placed on it, starting the interface and allowing rapid adjustment of the cooking parameters.

SELECTIVE PAN DETECTION

The induction hob only works if the hob detects the presence of metal cooking utensils of suitable size on it, thus preventing other objects from triggering the ignition.

BRIDGE FUNCTION

Allows you to connect two adjacent cooking zones on the hob , expanding the support area. It is particularly useful in the case of large cooking utensils.

BOOSTER FUNCTION

Reduces the cooking time of the single area by increasing the power of the plan to the maximum. It is particularly suitable for heating large quantities of liquids.

PAUSE/RECALL FUNCTION

It allows you to temporarily interrupt cooking in the selected area. The process can be resumed at will by simply pressing the button again.

AUTOMATIC PREHEATING FUNCTION

Allows you to arrive faster by temperature: after selecting a power level, the zone will heat up to maximum for a period of time and then settle on the selected level.

HEAT HOLD FUNCTION strong>

Set the power level to a value between 0 and 1, which allows you to keep the dish warm without running the risk of burning it.

OVERFLOW ALARM

If a liquid is spilled on the surface and lands on the control area, the hob emits an acoustic signal and switches off automatically until the liquid it is not removed.

RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATOR

The display shows, via the H symbol, the possible presence of heat residue on the hob, generated by the one reflected from the bottom of the cooking tool.

MINUTE MINDER

It is a separate timer independent of the individual cooking zone, which allows you to keep track of the elapsed time without switching off the hob.
