SLIDER COMMANDS

Setting the chosen temperature is very quick with the Slider control: simply touch the TOUCH display with a finger on the desired power level.

T-CHEF FUNCTION

It allows you to set particular temperatures (42 °C, 70 °C, 84 °C) and keep them constant during cooking. It is thus possible to easily obtain elaborate preparations with the results of a true Chef. Bain-marie operations, custard creams or bechamel sauce will always be perfect, as will slow cooking at low temperatures. By setting the temperature close to boiling, the cooking liquids will immediately be at temperature when needed, increasing speed and performances.

POT SPEED TEST

Test your pots, returning a classification from 0 to 3 depending on the heating efficiency and speed.

INTELLIGENT POT LOCALIZATION

Recognizes which area the pot is placed on pan and automatically activates the relevant controls for regulating the power.

The function allows you to immediately recall the last settings selected in the previous cooking .

PAUSE

Useful function that allows you to divert attention from your cooking, interrupting and restoring the set modes instantly.

SMART FAN SYSTEM

Correct ventilation is essential for the optimal functioning of induction hobs. The Foster system automatically adjusts the degree of ventilation based on the temperatures reached.

SAFETY

All Foster electric hobs are equipped with the most modern and sophisticated protections safety: Centralized shutdown; Lock for safety; Residual heat indicators.
