Time saving and efficient

Power level for pots: with 50% more power, e.g. B. Bring water to the boil faster than the highest power level.

Power level for pans, selectable via the Favourites button/Home Connect app (planned availability in Q4 2024 via software update for Home Connect-connected devices): heats pans faster than the normal maximum power level, protecting their coating.

Automatic: if you place large pots on the Flex Zone, the hob automatically combines two cooking zones into one large continuous zone.

PowerTransfer: if you place a pot on another cooking zone (Flex Zone), you only need to confirm once to transfer all settings to the new setting. the previous settings to the new zone.

Automatic zone selection: when switched on, the hob automatically selects the cooking zone on which the pan has been placed.

The operation of the flexible cooking zone adapts to the size of the pans. The settings are adjusted when you move a pot or pan.

Quick Start function: When switched on, the hob automatically selects the cooking zone on which the pot was placed when it was switched off.

Restart function: If the hob is accidentally switched off, all settings will be retained if you switch it back on within 4 seconds.

Kitchen assistant

70° to 220°C frying sensor: Prevents food from burning thanks to automatic sensor temperature control.

Network

Home Connect function (WLAN): Check that the hob is switched off even when you are not at home and search for recipes or additional functions in the Home Connect app.

Hood control via the hob (with a suitable extractor hood): Automatically activates the extractor hood during cooking, thanks to the WiFi connection between the hob and the hood suitable extractor hood.

Automatic without sensors: The extractor hood automatically adjusts the power level because the hob constantly provides cooking data (with a suitable extractor hood and a connected Home Connect account).
