PROFESSIONAL SERIES

This 90cm free-standing Air-Tec kitchen contains three high-performance appliances in one. An efficient integrated extraction system is added to the design and technology that have always distinguished the kitchens of the Professional Series.

The hob is equipped with 4 induction zones controlled via sturdy metal knobs. The multi-zone technology allows you to combine two zones to create a larger one, suitable for large pots.

The electronic oven has 11 cooking functions: from ventilated to static, to that with the grill, up to fast preheating and the pizza function. The digital electronic programmer provides immediate feedback on the oven functions.

The integrated 10-speed hood, controlled via the appropriate knob, can be installed in extraction or filtering mode. The motor and the extraction system are 100% protected against accidental water leaks from the pans.

The Automatic function allows you to independently adjust the extraction power of the hood, depending on the number of active cooking zones. The activated carbon filters can be regenerated in the oven for long-lasting use.
