Thanks to the automatic Con @ ctivity function, the extractor hood can communicate with the hob: the values set on the hob are detected and transmitted to the extractor hood electronics. The Miele hood then chooses the right extractor power to guarantee an optimal room temperature. Communication between the hob and the hood takes place via WLAN.

The additional automatic operation of the extractor guarantees complete extraction of steam and odors that remain in the air after cooking. The hood switches off automatically after 5 or 15 minutes, according to your choice.
FILTER INDICATOR
The duration of use always under control
If the grease filter or the activated carbon filter is saturated, a red LED lights up on the extractor hood . At that point, the filter must be cleaned or replaced as soon as possible. the duration of the filters set as standard can be changed as required: the indicator for cleaning the grease filters is programmable for 20, 30, 40 or 50 hours, while that for replacing the activated carbon filter for 120, 180 or 240 hours .

In Miele cooker hoods with recirculation mode, the activated carbon filter must always be used to bind odors. The single filter should be replaced regularly.
STAINLESS STEEL GREASE FILTER (10 LAYERS)

Miele hoods are equipped with a 10-layer stainless steel metal grease filter and guarantee a high fat separation. When you remove it, the integrated fall protection protects the hob from damage. The cover and the filter frame are made of high-quality stainless steel so that when washing in the dishwasher there is no visible discoloration and the filter remains aesthetically beautiful for a long time.
