CHILD SAFETY

Particularly useful device when there are children at home, it blocks the display functions, preventing them from being accidentally activated or settings changed.

BOOSTER FUNCTION

It further reduces the cooking time of the individual cooking zone by raising the temperature to the maximum for a period of 10 minutes and immediately returning it to the standard level. It is especially useful for heating large quantities of liquids in a very short time.

BRIDGE FUNCTION

This function allows you to connect two cooking zones vertically adjacent, thus widening the area on which to place the pans.

RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATOR

The display shows with the H symbol the presence of residual heat, generated by the one reflected from the bottom of the cooking instrument.

PAUSE/RECALL FUNCTION

Function that allows you to interrupt and resume the cooking mode and recall the last selected settings.

AUTOMATIC PAN RECOGNITION

With this function, placing the pan on the hob automatically activates the relevant zone and the corresponding slider lights up indicating the " 0”. At this point it is possible to adjust the power of the cooking area.

THREE-LEVEL AUTOMATIC COOKING

The hob is equipped with 3 special programs which have already been set to carry out particular types of cooking:

1) The ''Warming” program sets the power of the selected cooking zone at 42 °C to keep cooked foods warm.

2) The ''Melt'' program sets the power of the selected cooking zone at 70 °C to melt chocolate, butter or similar foods.

3) The ''Simmer'' program sets the power of the cooking zone selected at 94 °C to bring to a slow boil in the preparation of sauces, soups and stews.
