SPECIAL BURNERS

Many Foster hobs are equipped with special burners, with two or three crowns of fire which greatly increase the power delivered and the directly heated surface . Furthermore, in the DUAL models the two crowns of fire are independent, making these burners perfect for both intensive and delicate cooking.

SAFE COOKING

All Foster hobs are equipped with safety valves which, in the event of the flame accidentally going out, interrupt the gas supply very quickly.

CAST IRON GRILLS

The cast iron is the perfect material for the grill of a hob due to the many properties that distinguish it: high thermal capacity which improves cooking performance; weight and stability that improve safety; robustness that keeps the original appearance unchanged over time; easy to clean.

NARROW BUILT-IN HOLE

These standard 5-burner built-in versions require a recessed hole of only 56 cm, less than their nominal width. This makes them interesting alternatives to the 60 cm models which generally have the same hole.
