Gas Hob 90

The product with a unique and distinctive design is characterized by a stainless steel aesthetic, metal knobs with ring nut, and 5 burners with brass flame spreaders. Among these a 4.0 kW Wok in the left lateral position. The supplied grids are made of cast iron with a "continuous surface" thus ensuring maximum safety and convenience when moving pans between the various burners.

Safety is also guaranteed by the presence of a thermocouple system that stops accidental gas leaks.

A cast iron wok adapter is included.

Knobs - The best solution to offer solid and long-lasting knobs, making it easy to adjust the individual burners thanks to their frontal position.

Flame detection - To avoid accidental gas leaks and improve safety, stop-gas detects the accidental extinguishing of the flame and stops the supply of gas mixture.

Wok burner - With power modulation up to 4.0 kw, a cast iron adapter is supplied so as to effectively position the original wok pans.

Electric ignition under the knob - Simply turn the knob in the direction indicated to light the connected burner, without holding it down for a long time.
