Installation precautions
Can be combined with frameless induction hobs 400 series (CX 482) or 200 series (CI 282 / CI 283), in a single cut-out.
Cannot be combined with gas hobs or special Vario Grill and Teppan Yaki hobs.
For installation in a single cut-out, the installation accessory must be placed between the appliances. This includes a connecting element and a worktop support that ensures the stability of the cabinet. The hood can be installed in a cabinet or between two cabinets (e.g. for island installation on deeper worktops of 100 cm).
Cabinet depth 90 cm, 100 cm or 120 cm.
Do not install wall units above the cooker hood to ensure optimal performance.
The following distances must be respected:
- 50 cm from walls or tall furniture to the left and right of the hood.
- 5 cm from the wall to the hood frame.
- 2 cm from the Guided Air air capture area to the inside wall of the cabinet.
Installation is possible in stone, synthetic or solid wood worktops. Thermal resistance and watertightness of the cut edges must be respected. For other materials, please consult the worktop manufacturer. In case of positioning the motor unit at a distance, a kit is required installation (with components useful for closing the air outlets).
IMPORTANT: maximum distance from the hood body 3 m.
In air extraction mode, a non-return valve with a maximum opening pressure of 65 Pa must be installed. In air extraction mode, always ensure an adequate supply of incoming air into the room if the appliance is operated at the same time as an active ventilated fireplace. For optimal performance in air recirculation, an outflow surface of at least 440 cm² is recommended. For air recirculation mode, it is necessary to use the dedicated module.
