To operate the Evolution 100 waste disposal unit, simply:

Turn on the cold water faucet

Press the air switch button

Push the food waste into the plug hole

The resulting food particles are simply carried into the waste system, reducing the amount of food waste going to landfill.

The stainless steel sink plug hides the waste disposer when not in use, acting as a regular sink plug, while the chrome air switch provides the air pressure that activates the disposer.

Quick, clean and convenient, the overload protection feature prevents the waste disposal unit from overfilling, while the Auto-Reverse ensures all food waste is completely shredded, without you having to worry about blockages. The removable antimicrobial chamber allows for easy cleaning, ensuring no food residue is left in the waste channel, while the stainless steel grinding elements and large 1,005ml grinding chamber offer exceptional durability.

The Evolution 100 can quickly dispose of most food waste, including banana and avocado peels, but under no circumstances should you attempt to dispose of cutlery, grease or glass as this will damage the disposer.
