To operate the Evolution 200 waste disposal unit, simply:

Turn on the cold water tap

Press the pneumatic switch button

Push the food waste into the sink plug hole

Thanks to the Dura-Drive high torque induction motor, stainless steel grinding elements and the large waste chamber with a capacity of 1,180 ml (the largest in the range), you quickly and efficiently shred all your food waste into tiny particles that are simply carried away down the kitchen drain.

It can even easily grind avocado and banana peels, reducing the amount of food waste that ends up in your kitchen bin, making unpleasant odours a thing of the past.

The discreet and elegant design ensures that the waste disposal unit fits perfectly under most sinks, whether new or existing. Thanks to our Quick Lock mounting system, all you need to easily install your Evolution 200 is a power source and correct plumbing.

With no knives or blades, the Evolution 200 is a completely safe addition to your kitchen. Food waste is pressed against a stainless steel grinding plate, the resulting food particles are then pushed through the small holes in the chamber into the waste system. The quality stainless steel sink stopper hides the unit when not in use and acts as a regular sink stopper.

You don't have to worry about overfilling your Evolution 200, as the overload protection prevents too much food waste from entering the chamber.

Where to place the air switch is completely up to you. You can conveniently place it on your worktop next to the sink, or alternatively fit it into a kitchen cabinet.

Finished in a high-quality chrome, the air switch provides air pressure to activate the disposer. If you prefer, you can choose an InSinkErator batch feed kit to use the disposer, available separately.
