With a 25cm woofer and an internal 250W RMS amplifier, JBL L10cs is capable of developing all the bass frequencies required by each type of connected audio system. or classic, through its real wood veneer with black essence or natural walnut. The JBL L10cs pairs with a wide range of JBL and non-JBL speakers, not necessarily just from the Classic line.

Phase control: A very important, and often overlooked, is the subwoofer phase. Depending on its positioning in the room and on the basis of the interfacing with the satellite speakers, the subwoofer could be out of phase, with the low frequencies reduced or in some cases almost eliminated, reducing performance and sound impact. When the subwoofer is correctly phased, the audio from the satellites will be clearer and there will be maximum sonic impact in the low frequencies. The phase switch serves precisely this purpose, it determines the forward or backward movement of the woofer cone in the presence of the signal. The best method to understand if the phase is correct is to listen to a song that you know well and try to move the phase switch to the position where the low frequencies are more present.

Switching on /Shutting down: Both switching the subwoofer on and off are very important, especially if the subwoofer is positioned far from the electronics or is inconvenient to reach. The L10cs subwoofer turns on automatically when it hears the input signal and returns to standby mode when this signal fails.
