Professional Plus - Hobs

Simply the pinnacle of professionalism, Professional Plus hobs guarantee perfect heat regulation and distribution for every type of preparation. The burner caps are made of aluminum or brass, a noble material par excellence. As an alternative to steel, some hobs can be made of durable and elegant black tempered glass. Induction hobs, even those with integrated extraction, allow for versatile temperature regulation and are equipped with the most advanced safety systems.

Residual heat indicator

Indicates that the glass is hot and therefore care must be taken when touching it or placing objects on it that could be damaged.

Timer with automatic stop

Turns off the active zone when the set time elapses.

Booster function

Allows you to concentrate all the power of the induction hob on the chosen zone, to speed up boiling and cooking times.

Child safety

Once this function has been set, the induction hob will not turn on using the controls until it is deactivated.

Overheating and liquid overflow protection

If the hob overheats or liquids overflow, a safety device intervenes and stops operation.
