BLACK EDITION

The burners of the Black Edition version are made of brass like those of the Professional version, but are subjected to anti-corrosive powder coating in highly specialized plants. The transition to high-temperature ovens allows the double layer of black paint to fuse and polymerise on the surface, creating an extremely resistant and exclusive surface.

Professional burners with electronic flame management and linear, stepless regulation. The PITT® cooking combined burner is unique: it allows all types of cooking in a single burner. The inner (smaller) ring is for simmering, the outer (large) ring is for high-heat cooking. Both rings are controlled by the same knob.
