BLACK EDITION

The burners of the Black Edition version are made of brass like those of the Professional version, but are painted powder anti-corrosive, in highly specialized plants. The passage to high temperature ovens allows the fusion and polymerization on the surface of the double layer of black paint, thus creating an extremely resistant and exclusive surface.

The internal (smaller) crown is dedicated to slow fire cooking, the external (large) crown is dedicated to high heat cooking. Both crowns are controlled by the same knob.
