GENERAL INFORMATION
Freddy is the first blast chiller designed for domestic use with an essential design and an appeal for all kitchens. Freddy is the only appliance that allows you to quickly blast chill the products after cooking, to freeze and thaw quickly and in a controlled way, to cook meat and fish at low temperatures, to leaven bread, pizza and focaccia, to find the ready and hot dish to serve, to keep it at the ideal temperature, to refresh wine and drinks.
Made entirely in stainless steel, Freddy has a probe for the correct detection of the internal temperature of the food and a control panel intuitive soft touch.

Fast blast chilling to +3°C p>
To quickly lower the core temperature of hot and freshly cooked foods down to +3°C. The rapid crossing of the temperature range between +40°C and +10°C blocks evaporation and prevents the proliferation of bacteria. Ideal for preserving the quality, fragrance, colors and scents of foods, tripling their shelf life. To preserve vegetables and any cooked food in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Fast freezing at -18°C
The quick freezing cycle, thanks to the rapid achievement of -35 °C inside the Freddy's chamber, allows the food to reach a core temperature of -18 °C in a very short time. In this way the preservation of the food will be perfect and the quality, when defrosted, will be that of a fresh product. For storage in the freezer for up to 6-8 months.
Gentle freezing at -18°C
Ideal for food hot and/or delicate, this cycle lowers the temperature to +3°C and then gradually drops to -18°C at the core of the food: the result is rapid but not aggressive freezing. An essential function for more delicate foods, which must be stored in the freezer.
Controlled defrosting
Freddy defrosts foods quickly, with delicate ventilation which allows the microcrystalised water to be retained inside the food. The food, defrosted in this way, retains its quality and fragrance perfectly, exactly as if it were fresh and never been in the freezer. Ideal for all foods, even the most delicate ones.
Bottle cooling
It only takes a few minutes to cool the wine, refresh drinks and offer fresh aperitifs to guests. Freddy refreshes bottles at a speed of approximately +1°C per minute, guaranteeing the pleasure of enjoying drinks at the ideal temperature. To always be ready in case of unexpected guests.
Maintenance
The function that adapts to the most advanced needs and that satisfies every kind of request because it allows you to choose the ideal temperature, from -20°C to +80°C, for storing food, even the most delicate ones such as homemade ice cream (-12°C), fresh fish (+ 2°C), or to melt chocolate in a bain-marie (+40°).
Cooking at low temperature
Low temperature cooking gently cooks meat and fish, never exceeding a core temperature of +70°C. It enhances flavours, maintains a soft texture and ensures cooking uniformity. To cook meat and fish, enhancing their softness and flavours.
Natural leavening
A controlled leavening at a constant temperature allows the best development of the yeast contained in bread, pizza, brioche. Freddy ensures that all leavened products have an intense flavour, a light structure, the right friability and, above all, better digestibility. For more digestible bread, pizza and brioche doughs.
Ready dish
Your dish awaits you steaming hot at the hour What do you want. With a simple programming of the return home time, the dishes are first stored as if they were in the refrigerator, and then brought to the pre-selected heating temperature. To find the dish as if it had just come out of the oven when you return.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
-Freddy, blast chiller derived from professional, it is designed to be combined with all standard 60 cm tall units. The insertion, very comfortable and functional, is enhanced by an essential design, totally devoid of protrusions. Made of Aisi 304 18/10 stainless steel, it allows coordinated combination with any type of kitchen or environment.
-Freddy is available in stainless steel, black glass and De Castelli material.
-Freddy's operation is supported by a digital interface, simple to use and with ample functionality. The controls are with soft-touch technology, totally without buttons.
-All Freddy's components comply with the strictest international control standards as regards environmental and hygienic-food safety.
