Product Details

Verner Panton created Panthella in collaboration with Louis Poulsen in 1971. Today, Panthella is recognized as one of Panton's most significant design icons, with its unmistakable organic shape. The upper part directs the exceptional, glare-free light downwards, which is in turn reflected by the trumpet-shaped base. The Panthella 250 Portable lamp is a portable version of the popular Panthella table lamp, with a shade that has a diameter of 250 mm.

Lighting system

The portable lamp has a translucent white opal shade, which provides diffused ambient light, while directing some of the glare-free light downwards onto the trumpet-shaped base, which is designed to reflect some of the light upwards.

White Opal Acryl with white interior. Shade: injection-moulded acrylic. Base and housing: die-cast aluminium. The lamp is equipped with a built-in energy-saving LED light source. Power supply: USB cable compatible with standard USB adapters (min. 1.5cA) or QI wireless charger. Please note that the Panthella 250 Portable comes with a 1.5m USB cable, but without an adapter and QI charger. A separate USB adapter is available as an accessory. Light control with a gradual dimming switch: Short press: 0%/10%/33%/100% and long press: off. The battery is replaceable by the service engineer. 1 x lithium battery. Battery life: 5 hours at 100%.
