GAS BARBECUE 80 - BARBECUE PRO OUTDOOR

The built-in barbecue by Fulgor Milano with a matt black enamelled steel finish is equipped with sturdy cast iron grills as standard and has 3 tubular gas burners, which deliver a total power of approximately 11.4 kW.

Special conversion nozzles are supplied as standard, to allow use with both NG and LPG.

The in-line arrangement of the burners allows you to divide the cooking zones, also allowing the use of different temperatures.

The BBQ is equipped with the Gas-Stop safety system.

Among the accessories available on request, in addition to the teppanyaki plate and various types of grills, two different lid models are available (high and low).

Outdoor cooking - With the Fulgor BBQ range you can grill, cook, roast meat, fish or vegetables outdoors freely in your garden, by the pool or on a large terrace. Barbecues are high-performance and versatile.

Grilling - The large stainless steel grills supplied with the barbecue allow you to cook large portions of meat or fish. Cast iron grills are also available, which can be purchased separately.

Care and cleaning - Thanks to the stainless steel structure and cooking surfaces, cleaning the barbecue is easy and practical. Stainless steel, a hygienic material, does not alter the flavours of the food in contact and is durable over time. Each element is inserted into the structure with an interlocking system, to facilitate removal, grills and plate are therefore easily removable and washable.

Matt black finish - The matt black enamel gives a unique style to the barbecue and the lids available for matching.

Safety - No electrical connection, just a battery to light the burners which are equipped with a detection valve and delivery lock.

Metal knobs - The large, professional metal knobs offer an ergonomic grip to facilitate adjustments.

Teppanyaki (optional) - The stainless steel plate allows traditional Japanese cooking (teppanyaki), considered among the healthiest known because it preserves its nutritional and organoleptic properties intact. The plate and grills can be easily positioned according to the different cooking needs, taking care to reposition the gas burner deflectors provided for the grills.

Lid (optional) - The bbq can be completed with the lid accessory, developed in two different versions, high or low, depending on the preferences of use. The high lid, equipped with a double wall and integrated thermometer, allows you to check the temperature inside the cavity when closed. The low lid has been designed to protect the surface of the bbq from the elements. Both are equipped with a professional series handle.
