PrimaLuna EVO 200 is a tube integrated amplifier designed to deliver immersive, natural, and detailed music reproduction. The EVO 200 Series introduces updated transformers and internal components, an even more refined aesthetic, and a comprehensive package, while maintaining the elements that have made the brand famous: hand assembly, point-to-point wiring, and high-quality construction.

Each unit is handcrafted using a sturdy steel chassis, finished with a meticulous five-layer painting process. Air-filled wiring reduces the use of printed circuit boards in the signal path, helping to preserve its purity and naturalness.

Encapsulated toroidal transformers are custom-designed for PrimaLuna and ensure a wide frequency response, deep, controlled bass, and extended, detailed highs. Components include ceramic tube sockets, an ALPS volume pot, Nichicon and DuRoch capacitors, and a Philips high-speed rectifier circuit.

Gold-plated RCA inputs and solid-state speaker terminals ensure reliable connections and optimal signal transfer.

Adaptive AutoBias™ Technology

The next-generation Adaptive AutoBias™ system continuously monitors tube operation, automatically adjusting the bias current in real time. This technology reduces the need for manual intervention, limits distortion and allows the tubes to always work in optimal conditions.

The dedicated High/Low selector also allows you to correctly configure the bias based on the type of tubes used, such as EL34 or KT88, offering greater freedom of sound customization.

SoftStart™ Protection

The SoftStart™ circuit gradually manages the amplifier's switch-on, protecting the tubes and other more sensitive components from the stresses caused by thermal changes. This solution helps increase the reliability of the device and prolong the life of the tubes.

Headphone output and phono pre-installation

The PrimaLuna EVO 200 also integrates a dedicated headphone amplifier. Using the selector on the right side panel, you can choose between listening through the speakers, LS mode, and listening through headphones, HP mode.

There is also a shielded compartment for installing the optional MM phono module, ideal for directly connecting a turntable with a moving magnet cartridge.

Complete with remote control, the PrimaLuna EVO 200 combines the typical musicality of tube amplification with advanced technologies, great ease of use and a construction designed to last over time.
