The GW252130 is the Gaggenau Sterling version of the 28 cm Haute Cuisine drawer from the Minimalistic series. The Sterling finish brings a refined and durable metallic shine to kitchen compositions, with particles that amplify the depth of the surface. With 52 liters of net volume and the included additional grid that creates a second loading level, this drawer easily handles a full service for 12 people, integrating flush with the column without any visual intervention in the aesthetic continuity of the composition.

Two levels, 52 liters and service for 12
The supplied grid is positioned inside the drawer creating a second separate level, ideal for simultaneously managing plates, tureens and different containers. The interior dimensions of W 548 mm × H 232 mm × D 410 mm provide space for a 12-person service with ø 27 cm plates, tureens, bowls, and a serving platter. The heating system ensures uniform and stable temperatures throughout the cavity, without cold zones.

Six selectable temperature applications
Direct temperature selection between 30 °C and 80 °C opens up the possibilities for preheating cups and containers, warming dishes, keeping meals warm, low-temperature sous-vide cooking with precision control, proofing dough, drying herbs and fruit, melting chocolate, and gentle defrosting. A 28 cm drawer that replaces tools and techniques that would otherwise be difficult to replicate at home with the same precision.

Premium construction and materials
The hygienic stainless steel interior with safety glass bottom is durable and easy to clean. The interior lighting enhances the presentation of the contents.
