This 60cm built-in electric oven from the Modern Series, featuring Total Steam and a self-cleaning pyrolytic coating, offers the largest cavity in its category: 76 litres. Thanks to its 11 functions, it is ideal for cooking at medium-low temperatures, such as leavened products or recipes that require slow cooking, such as casseroles. It also features an Air-Frying mode, which ensures healthier cooking thanks to the use of less oil, while achieving perfect results in terms of browning and crisping food.
The conventional cooking mode is perfect for cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution across all five levels for roasting and baking without flavors blending. The infrared grill ensures intense browning and grilling over a large surface area.
The large TFT display and full-touch controls make it easy to set and monitor dishes during cooking. This display also allows for easy management of the food probe and Bertazzoni Assistant. The door features a soft-opening mechanism, ensuring safety and convenience, and an elegant glass-finished handle.
The Total Steam function helps you cook quick and healthy dishes by using water vapor to preserve flavors, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. This makes cooking vegetables, fish, and meat quick and efficient. The water tank can be removed and refilled without interrupting the cooking program. Pyrolytic cleaning uses high-temperature cleaning and sterilization without the need for detergents, leaving your oven sparkling clean and completely sanitized. Quadruple glass ensures safety and energy efficiency.
Air-Frying cooking program
Ovens with TFT displays are equipped with the new air frying program that guarantees healthier cooking thanks to reduced use of oil, while achieving perfect results in terms of long-lasting and crispy food.
The function offers great versatility: not only can classic chips be cooked with this technology but also all types of meat, fish, vegetables, vegan food and many other recipes.
Cooking with pure steam
- Steaming vegetables allows you to preserve the nutrients that are most sensitive to high temperatures such as folic acid, ascorbic acid, chlorophyll and vitamins C, B, E and K.
- Using steam to cook fish guarantees excellent results in terms of taste and texture. Unlike other cooking methods, steaming retains greater quantities of iron, calcium, zinc, proteins and Omega 3, which play an important role in children's growth.
- Steam does not alter the molecular structure of raw materials, leaving their color, taste and texture unchanged.
- Steam maintains the moisture level in foods and enhances their flavor without the need to add fatty condiments such as oil or butter.
- The pure steam function is available in Bertazzoni Total Steam ovens, in the 60x60 cm or 60x45 cm versions.
Steam Assist function

- The Bertazzoni Steam Assist function allows you to combine traditional cooking functions with steam injections at three intensity levels: low, medium and high.

Maximum ease of refilling and cleaning
- In Bertazzoni 60x60 cm steam ovens with Total Steam and Steam Assist functions, the water tank is hidden behind the front panel with a Push & Pull that leaves room for a clean and elegant design.
- Refilling the tank is simple and safe as it does not require opening the oven door.
- Refilling does not require interrupting the cooking program. Simply remove the tank, pour out the water and replace it.
- The 76-litre cavity is easy to clean thanks to the pyrolysis function or the Hydro Cleaning function (on selected models)
