The vertical slicer

The precision of the cut is due to the two-plate solution typical of these machines, thanks to which the product is perfectly locked in position and is sliced uniformly even for very thin thicknesses.

Unlike gravity machines, in fact, they do not force the operator to bend over the device in a flexed position, which is uncomfortable in the long run.
