Heritage PH100 Phono Preamplifier

While many budget phono preamplifiers today are physically very small, with the Ph100 we set out to make a compact product yet with generous depth. Too often we see cables that are clearly visible or, if positioned closer to the rear of the amplifier, their weight can destabilize the phono preamplifier.

The addition of a phono preamplifier to the Heritage range is a direct response to repeated consumer requests.

Our very affordable PH100 is elegant and functional in its design and accommodates moving magnet, moving coil, and high-output moving coil cartridges. It's worth noting that the front panel selector control only has two options (MM or MC). The circuit has been designed so that

The system automatically detects the type of moving coil cartridge in use and adjusts the settings accordingly, provided the correct selection is made via the switch on the rear panel.

Thanks to YBA's proprietary moving coil transformer, the design is particularly suited to the different characteristics of moving coil cartridges.
