FILTRATION: A NEW SYSTEM - The filtering system is the big news: class A grease removal and the new EVO filter, which combines grease, odor, and humidity removal in a single element with extremely high efficiency (up to 80% on odors), accessible with a simple gesture and extremely easy to clean and regenerate (hand washing or dishwasher and subsequent drying in the oven at 75°). The installation guarantees maximum flexibility: extractor or filter, both in ducted mode (Plinth In, Plinth Out) and direct mode (Back Outlet).

This function prevents accidental activation of the cooking zones or the extractor. A great peace of mind.

TIMER - It turns everything off automatically. You set the minutes, it starts the countdown. At the end, it will automatically turn off the cooking zone and activate an acoustic signal. Using the touch control, you can also set independent timers for multiple zones simultaneously.

BRIDGE ZONE - XXL pots: there's room for them too. - Elongated or large pots? This function transforms two cooking areas into a single, larger one. Guaranteeing the same power level and a constant temperature, for uniform cooking.

STOP&GO - Everything stops, everything starts again. - With a finger. Need to leave the kitchen while you're cooking? With a gesture, suspend all the functions active on the hob. Just press a button to restart them as per the previous settings.

RECALL - And everything goes back to the way it was before. - Did the hob accidentally turn off? Within 6 seconds, simply activate this function and the settings present before the interruption are completely restored.

Filtering installation kit under the plinth (min h6cm) KIT0199835 - The filtered air is conveyed inside the plinth and comes out in a diffused manner thanks to the vent opening, which can be aesthetically finished with the chrome profile supplied.

Filtering installation kit outside the plinth (min h6cm) KIT0199836 - Conveys the purified air until it comes out of the plinth with the aid of a special funnel-shaped pipe (which ends with a profile to finish the vent hole).

Filtering installation kit KIT0199838 - The air flow is conveyed to the rear and allowed to flow out, to then come out in a diffused manner from the plinth thanks to to the vent opening which can be finished with the supplied chrome profile.
