This 60 cm built-in gas oven from the Heritage Series, also equipped with a grill function, offers the largest cavity in its category: 76 litres. Thanks to its 5 functions, it is ideal for fish and roasts, as gas ovens quickly reach high temperatures that help to obtain perfect cooking, making foods crispy on the outside, but soft and juicy on the inside. Temperature adjustments are instantaneous, making this cooking mode extremely precise. Static cooking is excellent for cakes, while fan-assisted cooking ensures even heat distribution, for roasting and baking on one or more levels without flavors mixing. Controlling the oven is easy thanks to the metal knobs and the silent-opening door with a practical metal handle. The double glass ensures safety and efficiency.
