Direct connection to the water supply: coffee always ready
Unlike the GC251100 model with a tank, this GC261100 connects directly to the water supply, eliminating the need to manually refill the tank. Continuous flow heating instantly brings water to the optimal brewing temperature, without waiting and with a constant and uniform temperature. You can prepare drink after drink, even in large quantities, with the same professional quality from the beginning to the end of the day.

Dual modes and customization: from everyday coffee to home barista
Classic mode is designed for quick, everyday preparation: few settings, simplicity, and consistently excellent results. Barista mode opens up the world of total customization: you can adjust the amount of water and coffee, grind level, contact time, brewing temperature, and milk proportion. The customization function allows you to create up to 10 profiles, each with 10 favorite drinks. 42 display languages are available, and the roasting level selection suggests the optimal settings based on the type of bean.

Complete range of beverages: from cafetiere to cold brew
The GC261100 prepares ristretto, double espresso, coffee, grande coffee, Americano, cold brew, slow brew, cafetiere, hot water, espresso macchiato, flat white, cappuccino, café latte, cold brew macchiato, latte macchiato, hot milk, and milk froth—all also available in a double version. The maintenance-free grinding unit with ceramic discs ensures consistent grinding over time. The dual grinding and brewing cycles allow you to prepare double cups or extra-strong single drinks with equal ease.

Premium Construction and Technology
The removable 400g bean container with aroma-preserving lid preserves the coffee's aroma. The 19-bar water pump ensures a dense, long-lasting crema on every drink. The beverage dispenser is height-adjustable from 7 to 15 cm and includes an integrated milk spout. The 0.7-liter glass milk container, beverage dispenser, and milk container are all dishwasher-safe. The integrated, soft lighting system creates an impeccable presentation of every drink.

Home Connect and automatic cleaning
With Gaggenau Home Connect, you can access Coffee World with a wide selection of specialties from around the world, control and monitor the appliance remotely, receive software updates, and activate interval ventilation. Cleaning and descaling are fully automatic using cartridges, with the option of switching to manual descaling with tablets. Automatic steam cleaning of the milk system occurs after every milk-based drink. The vacuum grinding function eliminates residues when changing bean types. Vacation mode prepares the appliance for long periods of non-use.
