High-efficiency burners - The high-performance burners with native safety thermocouples inside the structure can operate on both LPG and methane. Thanks to the efficient heat propagation system, the burners are able to obtain exceptional power with a saving of over 50% of gas compared to competitors (2.5kW compared to 6kW).

Firecore for optimal heat propagation - The main feature of Fògher gas barbecues is the Fire Core® system. This exclusive system of radiant parabolas optimizes the heat transfer from the burner to the plate, distributing it evenly across the entire cooking surface. This allows you to cook with significant energy savings.

Cooking liquid collection drawer - With our cooking liquid collection system, you will no longer need to worry about dirt, in fact, every Fògher gas barbecue has a practical removable container for collecting dripping liquids. Alternatively, it is possible to install a drain for collection directly in the appropriate containers.
