The Polar Evo Black hood is equipped with an 800 m3/h motor, with a maximum flow rate of 710 m3/h, controlled by an electronic control panel that allows you to easily manage the 4 extraction speeds; the hood is also equipped with dynamic and dimmable LED lighting that allows you to adapt the light to different shades, and improve visibility while preparing food. With the dynamic light function, in fact, the tone of the light can vary by choosing a range of color temperatures from 2,700K, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, up to 5,600K for a colder gradation, while the dimmable light allows you to adjust the light intensity, decreasing or increasing the light beam according to your needs: stronger, while cooking and softer, when you want to create a relaxed and atmospheric environment.
