The new matte finish - Always in step with the times, Schock® introduces the precious induction hob with matte glass finish. In the matte white version, the color is whiter than today's standards, guaranteeing a perfect result. The special matte black finish is an excellent match for the most modern worktops. Both perfectly match the pure white and pure black finish of Cristadur® Extreme sinks, and the absolute white and absolute black finish of Cristalite® sinks.

Perfect cooking - The induction hob is the pinnacle of home technology; for example, it takes about 5 minutes to boil 1 liter of water, compared to 9/10 with gas. Based on a simple physical principle, induction does not cost more, in fact the higher cost of electricity is compensated by the efficiency of the induction hob compared to gas (90% against 50%), therefore with the speed and reduction of cooking times.

PLUSES AND FUNCTIONS

Automatic temperatures: allows you to keep food warm. The temperature will remain constant at 70°C for 2 hours.

Bridge: To guarantee professional results, Schock® hobs have the Bridge function that allows you to use a large pan by combining two adjacent cooking zones.

Stop&Go: The Stop&Go function allows you to temporarily interrupt the energy supply to the induction hob, temporarily pausing cooking. Once the function is deactivated, the cooking zones will resume operation with the initial settings.

Low-temperature cooking: the new Schock® hobs are equipped with 4 preset temperatures that allow you to slow cook at low temperatures, for more tender and tasty dishes.

Power Management: the Power Management system allows you to reduce or increase the hob's power, from 1.4 kW to 7.4 kW.
