This 3-zone hob is designed for maximum ergonomic cooking. It features a function that allows you to combine two cooking zones, ensuring uniform power and temperature for larger pots. A 30 cm cooking zone is also dedicated to large trays and grills, which can be used for faster cooking: its power is superior to that of traditional induction hobs. The touch control slider allows you to manage the hob very intuitively and adjust all functions. Such as Warming, the mode for slow cooking preparations, for heating milk and broth, for preparing creams and sauces without overheating, and for keeping ready-made food warm. The hob can be connected via Bluetooth to the Elica hood, which will automatically adjust the light and suction based on the active cooking zones.

Stop&Go - Everything stops, everything starts again. With a finger. - Need to leave the kitchen while you're cooking? With a single gesture, suspend all active functions on the hob. Simply press a button to restart them as per the previous settings.

Child Lock - Keep children safe and protected. - This function prevents accidental activation of the cooking zones or the extractor fan. A great peace of mind.

Timer - Turns everything off automatically. - You set the minutes, it starts the countdown. At the end, it will automatically turn off the cooking zone and activate an acoustic signal. Using the touch control, you can also set independent timers for multiple zones simultaneously.

Warming Mode - Slowly, gently, gently. - Designed for slow cooking preparations, this function is perfect for heating milk and broth, preparing creams and sauces without overheating them, and keeping ready-made food warm.
