Automatic and intelligent hood management
Thanks to the automatic Con@ctivity function, the extractor hood can communicate with the hob: the values set on the hob are detected and transmitted to the extractor hood electronics. The Miele hood then selects the right extractor power level and guarantees an optimal room temperature. Communication between the hob and the hood takes place via WLAN.
ADDITIONAL OPERATION
Automatic additional extractor function
The automatic additional extractor operation ensures complete extraction of steam and odors that remain in the air after cooking. The hood switches off automatically after 5 or 15 minutes, as desired.
FILTER INDICATOR
Always keep an eye on your hood's usage time
If the grease filter or activated carbon filter is saturated, a red LED lights up on the extractor hood. Clean or replace the filter as soon as possible. The standard filter life can be changed as desired: the grease filter cleaning indicator light can be programmed for 20, 30, 40 or 50 hours, while the activated carbon filter replacement indicator light can be programmed for 120, 180 or 240 hours.
AIRCLEAN ACTIVE FILTER
Total elimination of odors in the kitchen
In Miele extractor hoods with recirculation mode, the activated carbon filter must always be used to bind odors. The single filter must be replaced regularly.
STAINLESS STEEL GREASE FILTER (10 LAYERS)
Easy to use and effective against grease
Miele hoods are equipped with a 10-layer stainless steel metal grease filter and guarantee excellent grease separation. When removed, the integrated fall protection protects the hob from damage. The cover and filter frame are made of high-quality stainless steel, so that there is no visible discoloration when washing in the dishwasher and the filter remains aesthetically pleasing for a long time.
