The Incanto 2500 is a built-in insert designed to create a charming flame effect using water and electricity. The front configuration allows you to admire the flames from just one side, while the included safety glass elegantly completes the installation.

The internal lining and black finish enhance the brightness and movement of the flames, creating a pleasant visual contrast. The effect is realistic and captivating, yet completely safe, as it produces no real fire, smoke, or combustion residue.

Multi Color Version

Multi Color adds an RGB lighting system with six different color configurations to the steam flame effect. Using the included remote control or the Flame Connect app, you can choose the flame color and adjust its intensity and brightness to six levels, adapting the atmosphere to the style of the room. The Multi Color version also integrates the crackling wood sound effect with adjustable volume, for an even more immersive and realistic experience. Manual filling version - The manual configuration has four integrated 2-litre tanks each. Depending on the settings used, the fireplace can operate for approximately 8–10 hours before requiring refilling.

This solution is particularly suitable for environments where a direct connection to the water mains is not possible.

Version with automatic filling - The automatic variant can be connected to the water system, eliminating the need to manually fill the tanks. The system takes care of the water supply, allowing for more practical and continuous use.

This is the recommended configuration for professional installations or for environments in which the fireplace is used frequently.

A scenographic element for contemporary interiors

Installation instructions

To ensure correct operation of the burners and obtain a uniform flame effect, it is essential to provide adequate ventilation of the structure.

Installation requires a Air passage of at least 840 cm², with a flow that begins under the appliance, passes through the burner area and continues upward. This configuration promotes cooling of the internal components and proper steam diffusion.
