The Magic-Fire Incanto 2000 ST by Safretti is a double-sided decorative fireplace designed for integration within partition walls. The pass-through configuration allows the flame effect to be admired from both sides, creating visual continuity between two distinct rooms.

The 220 cm wide structure incorporates two Mistero 1000 burners, capable of developing a spectacular flame line of approximately 200 cm. It operates exclusively with water and electricity: the combination of water vapor and lighting produces a realistic three-dimensional effect, without combustion, smoke, ash, or soot.

The ideal solution for enhancing open-plan living spaces, living and dining areas, as well as hotel lobbies, restaurants, showrooms, and offices with a contemporary design.

Multi Color Version

Multi Color adds an RGB lighting system with six different color configurations to the steam flame effect. Using the included remote control or the Flame Connect app, you can choose the flame color and adjust its intensity and brightness to six levels, adapting the atmosphere to the style of the room. The Multi Color version also integrates the crackling wood sound effect with adjustable volume, for an even more immersive and realistic experience. The technical features and dimensions remain unchanged compared to the standard model.

Version with manual filling - The Incanto 2000 ST with manual filling has four integrated tanks, each with a capacity of 2 litres. The amount of water available allows for an indicative operation of 8–10 hours, depending on the intensity setting.

This configuration is particularly suitable when a direct connection to the water mains is not possible or not desired.

Version with automatic water supply - The automatic variant can be connected to the building's water system. The water required for operation is thus replenished without manual intervention, allowing for more practical and continuous use.

It is the recommended solution for professional installations, hospitality facilities, public spaces, or environments where the fireplace is used frequently.

A dividing element with great impact

Thanks to its double-sided structure, the Incanto 2000 ST can become an integral part of a dividing wall, allowing the same flame effect to be shared between two adjacent areas.

The generous width of the flame makes it particularly suitable for important furnishing projects, in which the fireplace takes on the role of a true architectural element. It can be placed, for example, between the living room and the dining room or used to elegantly separate the spaces of a hotel, restaurant or showroom.

Flame effect without combustion

Magic-Fire technology uses finely atomized water vapor and lighting to reproduce the movement and visual depth of a real flame.

Since there is no combustion, the system does not generate smoke, ash or soot and does not require the storage of wood or other fuels. The flame effect remains cool to the touch, offering greater safety even in environments frequented by children or pets.

Installation instructions

To ensure correct operation of the Incanto 2000 ST, adequate ventilation within the structure is essential.

The installation must include a ventilation opening or duct of at least 840 cm², developed from the bottom of the unit upwards and through the burner area. Proper airflow is necessary both for cooling the internal components and to allow the mist to be distributed evenly, making the flame effect natural and stable.

We recommend that the fireplace be installed by qualified personnel and that the instructions in the manufacturer's manual be followed.
