Professional burners with electronic flame management and linear, stepless regulation. The PITT® cooking combination burner is unique: it allows all types of cooking in a single burner. The inner (smaller) ring is for simmering, the outer (larger) ring is for high-heat cooking. Both rings are controlled by the same knob.
